MICHELLE'S ASHAM (8 oz) Seasonal Product
Asham (also referred to as "Brown George") is made from pounding or grinding parched or roasted corn, and mixing with brown sugar. Some people add a little white pepper or salt to taste. Traditional Asham is pounded in a Mortar/Pestle. Michelle's Asham is now available online. This product is found in abundance around November when it is traditionally consumed as part of All Saints and All Souls observances in Grenada.
