Michelle’s Confectionery is an award-winning cottage-level agro-processing company which has been in operation since May of 1997 in Grenada, producing a variety of Caribbean-flavored delicacies for all tastes and markets.  

Among these products are her originally-developed multi-purpose Papaya Tamarind Sauce which comes in Hot or Mild strengths, and her all-natural sweet desserts/snacks: Coconut, Ginger (Regular or Spicy) and Milk Fudges, Tamarind Balls and Asham and Coconut Chip-Chip and Sugar Cakes, sprinkled with a variety of home-grown fruits, spices and herbs.
