A local milk distributor is promoting a health drink specifically for the nation's children under the theme, "Drink the milk, share the love".

 Hubbard's, the local distributor for Dutch Lady milk, is promoting the importance of milk in the development of children under the age of 18.

 The company last week Friday officially launched its Dutch Lady milk promotion at its Lagoon Road outlet.

A resident of Tempe, St George is offering a moderate reward to anyone knowing about a robbery that took place at his home.

Chief Justice of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Hugh Rawlins has lamented the slow pace in which judgments are delivered in the courts.

Addressing a special sitting of the high court to commence the new law year last week Tuesday via a simulcast, the Chief Justice urged judges to show improvements with regards to outstanding judgments.

Government has to show a much more bold initiative in meeting with public sector unions and address the issue of salaries for civil servants. It should be noted that THE NEW TODAY is talking about salaries for public officers and not salary increases. The state of the economy is making it almost virtually impossible for any administration in this part of the world with perhaps the exception of Trinidad and Tobago, being in any position to offer any sizeable increase in wages for their employees.
